This residential renovation focuses on reconfiguring a traditional layout into a fluid, modern living environment that prioritizes natural light and architectural clarity.

Design Concept: Light and Geometry

The intervention centers on the creation of a seamless transition between the private and social areas of the home. By streamlining the internal circulation, the design maximizes every square meter, ensuring a sense of openness even in the most functional corners.

Key architectural elements include:

• Spatial Reorganization: A tailored approach to the floor plan that enhances the dialogue between rooms, creating a contemporary "promenade" within the domestic space.

• Material Palettes: The use of high-quality finishes and a neutral, sophisticated color scheme allows for a timeless aesthetic, serving as a backdrop for both modern design pieces and personal heritage.

• The Narrative Grille (Bespoke Ironwork): A standout feature of this renovation is a custom-designed iron security grille. In a poetic nod to the owner’s personal history, the pattern of the ironwork was meticulously crafted to replicate the specific design of the owner’s favorite armchair. This transformation of a textile pattern into a structural element adds a deeply personal, "sartorial" layer to the home's security features.
